Seller and acceptance

This website is operated by GTA 6 hub. Your agreement for use of the service is with GTA 6 hub. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. You must have legal capacity to purchase a subscription or obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.

The service

GTA 6 hub is an independent fan-made collection of GTA VI news, tips, guides, and video links. News, tips, and videos remain free. The optional VIP Pass is listed at US$3 per month for ad-free browsing. Only benefits available and disclosed at purchase are provided; Discord alerts are not currently connected. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.

Pre-release information can change, and linked content may be inaccurate or unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service or the accuracy of third-party information.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential, and do not share or transfer paid access. You are responsible for activity through your account.

• Do not use the service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, harassment, or impersonation.
• Do not infringe intellectual property rights or distribute content you lack permission to use.
• Do not interfere with security, introduce malware, probe systems without permission, bypass access restrictions, or scrape the service in a way that disrupts it.

Payments, renewal, and cancellation

The VIP Pass is a recurring monthly subscription, not a one-time purchase. Unless canceled, it renews automatically and your payment method is charged each billing period. The checkout displays the amount, any applicable tax, and billing terms before you confirm. Canceling stops future renewal; VIP benefits normally last until the end of the period already paid for, subject to payment reversals and the applicable buyer terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Intellectual property

GTA 6 hub retains rights in its own original software, documentation, written content, and branding. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service. Rockstar, Take-Two, and other rights holders retain ownership of their games, trademarks, artwork, videos, and other materials. These terms do not claim ownership of third-party material or grant permission to redistribute it.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access for material breaches, non-payment, security or fraud risks, or repeated or serious policy violations. We may take immediate protective action where necessary. Statutory consumer rights and payment-provider obligations remain unaffected.

Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service or third-party content. Nothing limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited. We may update these terms as the service changes and will communicate material changes where required.
