GTA 6 hub
Privacy policy
Effective October 19, 2026
Who controls your data
GTA 6 hub is the seller and data controller for personal data processed to operate this independent fan-made website. This notice covers browsing, accounts, and the optional VIP subscription.
Information we use and why
- Account information, including your email address, authentication identifiers, and securely handled login credentials, is used to create accounts, sign you in, and secure access. The legal basis is performance of our agreement with you and our legitimate interest in account security.
- Subscription information, including payment-provider customer and subscription identifiers, plan, status, and billing dates, is used to provide VIP benefits and manage your subscription. The legal basis is contract performance and compliance with applicable financial obligations.
- Technical information, including IP addresses, device/browser information, request logs, errors, and usage information, may be processed by hosting services to deliver the website, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, functioning service.
- The online counter uses temporary presence identifiers and timestamps to count open connections. These identifiers are not public account names.
- If you contact us, the information you supply is used to handle your request, based on contract performance or our legitimate interest in customer support.
Payments and data sharing
Paddle is our Merchant of Record and receives the information needed for sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing, including your email and purchase/account identifiers. Card details are collected by Paddle’s checkout, not stored by GTA 6 hub. See Paddle’s privacy notice.
We also use service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, and operational diagnostics, including Lovable Cloud and its infrastructure providers. Information may be shared with professional legal or accounting advisers where necessary, and with authorities when required by law. We do not sell account information.
Cookies, local storage, and external services
Essential cookies or browser storage may maintain your login and checkout session. You can clear or block them through your browser settings, but sign-in and payments may stop working.
Embedded YouTube videos and linked third-party sites have their own privacy practices and may receive technical data when you load or visit them. Display ads currently use placeholders: live AdSense ads and Discord alerts are not connected. If advertising or other optional tracking is introduced, we will update this notice and request consent where required before loading it.
Retention and security
We keep account information while your account remains active and as needed to resolve account or support issues. Billing records may be retained longer where required for tax, accounting, disputes, or fraud prevention. Operational records are kept only as needed for security and troubleshooting. When information is no longer necessary, it is deleted or anonymized; provider backups may take additional time to expire.
We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, authentication, and access restrictions. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of your data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. You may also complain to the relevant privacy authority. We will verify your identity and respond within applicable legal deadlines. Billing privacy and purchase inquiries can be raised through Paddle support; Paddle handles data it controls under its own privacy notice.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page when our practices change and identify the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
